Battle Plan for Your Life

This book shares new information, innovative approaches, case studies and experience, and doctor-patient journeys to illustrate what you can do to get to the roots of your health challenges and empower your health. It contains guidance for physicians, dentists, and other members of healthcare teams who work with patients facing serious chronic and “unexplained illnesses.” For patients, it includes practical health advice and tips that you can use to find new practitioners to work with to strengthen your “biological terrain” and improve your health.

I wrote this book in a story-telling format, my favorite. Start by reading Chapters 1 and 2 on the journey and quest for health, and how to develop a battle plan for your life. Read Chapters 3 and 4 if you want to review the foundation concepts of my first book: Acupuncture Meridian Assessment (AMA) and Biological Terrain. Then, delve into topics of interest to you – and begin to envision writing your own story.
