What’s New for September 2025?

Dear Friends, Colleagues and Supporters,

I simply cannot think of any greater news nor a more exciting announcement. After four years of research, recovery and transition, I am so very pleased to announce that the recently completed (well for now, anyway) OIRF.COM website has gone live!
I encourage each and every one of you to go to the “new” site https://oirf.com/. Most of you will remember the original concept of “The Bridge” newsletter, and that has arisen on this new site. You are welcome to access and read everything on that site – free of charge. This includes all the courses (from as early as 1972), all the publications, all the (newsletter) articles (dating back to the 1980s), all the surviving videos programs – everything.
For now however, let’s get back into routine for the coming fall season. Before getting back into the newsletter articles however, I am also very pleased to announce the return of deliveries of the fantastic wellness devices from Medical Electronics in Germany. With all the turmoil of tariffs and trade agreements, Mrs. Jossner was very reluctant continue shipments into Canada and the USA. Now, that agreements have been reached and settled, those shipments will resume. Please see my new comments below about how this will work along with the usual links.
During the summer months, many of the European journals featured articles about the sensory organs. As my contributions for this month, I’ve included three translated articles that offered natural treatment applications for tinnitus (ringing in the ears).

• New: The Many Faces of Tinnitus: Inspiration from the Naturopathic Practice, by Philipp Feichtinger, HP. Hardly any other symptom is as feared and ambivalent as tinnitus. Those affected know what major restrictions on quality of life can be associated with this. Many of them have a veritable odyssey of examinations and treatment attempts of various procedures behind them in order to at least experience relief. • New: Tinnitus and Naturopathic Therapy: by Rainer Gugenhan, HP. Tinnitus can occur at any age. The adverse effects of tinnitus can be very different. Tinnitus is a symptom and can be caused by non-organic or organic causes. Read the full article on P2P here, or on OIRF here.
• New: Tinnitus is Very Often Curable: Understanding the Background and Targeted Treatment: An Interview with med. Michael Golenhofen, by Angelika Fischer. Even at night or in quiet places it can be loud for tinnitus patients because the sounds come from within. About one-sixth of people in Western countries are affected by such a loss of silence. • Toxic Environment, Influence on Neurodegenerative Diseases: by Johannes W. Steinhbach, HP. Pollutants can be found both in stimulants* as well as in the environment and even influence the onset of Parkinson’s disease. Reminder:

I’ve had conversations with several docs just now starting to learn basic point and medication testing. There are few courses available, and Dr. Yu’s next sessions are listed below. So, my basic and general advice to start is contact Mr. Gordon Johnston at Matrixx Solutions and obtain one of the small, relatively inexpensive Kindling test devices (follow this link for more details). Then the next step is to learn the points and practice, practice, practice. Here are basic study materials:

Away from my desk dates:

• It has been a busy and very productive summer with completion of the OIRF website. I am still considering whether or not to participate in the A4M Conference in Las Vegas in December. But, for now, I am back at my desk. Note that my “in office” hours have now changed: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Closed Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and all holidays.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is definitely a time of change for all things trade, tariffs, customs and importation. After a short withdrawal from the US and Canada markets, Mrs. Margot Jossner at Medical Electronics has again offered to continue shipping these amazing small devices to us. Yes, there will be changes, however I do not see any real challenges or delays with receipt of orders.
Here’s how it will work for now. All devices for which I will act as a liaison to Medical Electronics on your behalf are certified, considered and labeled as “Wellness Light Devices”. They will be declared with a specially lowered value for customs clearance purposes, however you, the purchaser, will have to pay the estimated 15% customs/tariff fee prior to delivery. Because these are “wellness devices” there should be no concerns regarding the US FDA. All things working as planned, the device will be delivered to you by UPS within a few days of shipment from the company in Germany.
I will continue to place orders with Medical Electronics on your behalf, and for now will continue offering this liaison service for that company. I will no longer offer the option of “bundling” 2 or 3 devices into one package to reduce shipping charges. This way, the smaller packages seem to clear customs and import without difficulty and we return to the efficient deliveries of the past. To be clear – shipping is expensive, but under normal circumstances it works and is delivered to your door within days of shipping. Your orders will be processed and handled as quickly as circumstances allow.
My personal recommendation? At this time, go for it. If you are interested in any of these devices, order while there is easy access and delivery.

Have you followed the links yet? Have you experienced the effectiveness of these amazing little devices? I personally sleep with my NeuroSync every night. The BOS 318 is settled on the cabinet in my small home office and used especially on days like today when I am writing and working creatively. I set my tea or water on top of the UBS 315 sitting (safely) on a corner of my desk. In the future should I decide to fully retire and/or move into a senior’s residence, these devices would come with me. I cannot stress how useful they are for us – AND – they are inexpensive enough you can even sell or recommend them to your patients. Enough said (again) . . .
