Back to Covid and Politics

Dear Colleagues and Friends,
Fall days have brought us election mania (in both the US and Canada) which opens the pandora’s boxes of politics, Covid, conspiracies and “disinformation”. I will admit during my mandated rest periods and evenings, I’ve spent waaayyyy too much time in front of the TV and the many news channels, all while perusing through the alternative newsletters and online posts. But I feel, we will not see a clearer picture of our future with alternative health methods until we see who will move into the White House post-US-election night. Canada (provincially and federally) I think will follow the US political direction. It’s not my place to advise or share political perspectives in this newsletter forum. However, I can see some alarming and some encouraging political trends that I think can guide all of us in a positive direction.
And so, I will mostly be brief and quiet in this month’s commentary. Although this is a time of suspended waiting politically, it is also a time for all of us to consider – or reconsider – how we will move forward into the coming new year.
As usual, my lack of patience was showing (I know Mom – I need to slow down! – even two years after you left us I can hear you clearly.). With this month’s incoming journals there was yet another deluge of Covid articles. Most of them were decrying the corruption and the politics along with the deceptions of our government officials and health authorities. So many of those persecuted, censored and defamed for “disinformation” during the so-called pandemic are now clearly and decisively being proven truthful and correct. That so many of those brave souls have continued their work even under the authoritarian pressure is beyond admirable. My focus though was not on all the negativity. Rather, I’m much more interested in what we can do to help our patients.
What Can We Do?
This time – first thing – let me go to the one translation I finished in time for this October newsletter release. I looked at the title and almost dismissed this article. Looking through it more carefully out of curiosity I quickly changed my mind. The final two paragraphs are remarkable. “What can we do?” succinctly lays out precise solutions, while his “Outlook” is as much a warning as the quote he includes from Rudolf Steiner.

- I found an article about Chem Trails in the Sept/Oct issue of the German journal raum&zeit. Because the Germans acknowledge this phenomenon (with a lot of prejudice too), curiosity caught me again. Following up with the source, the whole thing was translated from English into German for that journal issue – cool, no fussing with Carolyn translating back to English! Bonus. Originally this was published in May, months before Hurricanes Helene and Milton roared into the southeastern United States. In view of those pesky conspiracy theories full of so much naughty disinformation about the powers that be being able to control the weather (hmm), this collection of new regulations is most interesting.
