Another Year Ends

December 2024

Dear Colleagues, Supporters and Friends,

As this year comes to a close, we are all ready for the holiday break with a chance to spend time with family and to relax a bit. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for your support over this past year – and for many of you over many years. It is now more than six years since I closed the doors to Occidental Institute’s offices and moved into my small home office to continue this work as best I can. Without each of you continuing to read my limited publications, much of this important information would go unheeded and perhaps lost. I am so very grateful for your support. I wish each and every one of you the very best of wishes for the Holiday Season.

Due to the Canadian Postal Strike – yeah at Christmas time again (but I guess our revenge is that they have to picket during the cold and wintery weather!) – I have no new journals arriving from Europe and around North American. I do have a couple of interesting articles out of the October issue of the Der Heilpraktiker journal on parasites that are partially through the translation process and will get those completed and ready for publication early in the New Year. And so, for this month, this monthly communication will be short.

I do however, have a research article recently submitted by Stephen Emond, CEO of Viatrexx, titled: Viatrexx live blood analysis observations, study and/or research on covid. Background on darkfield technology, blood observations and follow-up on subjects. Read overview of covid study here.

As I approach the light at the end of the tunnel with the new OIRF archive website, I will spend a good part of the coming weeks trying to finalize uploading the many articles, research reports and training courses that will complete the amazing library of documents that were published over the past 50+ years. I am only two years away from completing uploading all the newsletter articles going back to the late 1980s and early 1990s ( even found a few articles and some information going back to Year One in 1972!). Already well over 500 documents with categories and tags all set. It will be easy to search for articles and topics rather than having to scroll through years of posts in hopes of finding something. It has been a monumental task that has already taken nearly two years of work, but oohhh the incredible information I have found again.

Speaking of ‘finding again’, I found it interesting how there were so many rumors around the terrible hurricanes that devastated so much of the southwestern part of the USA just prior to the American election. Of course the conspiracy theories of controlling the weather were all nonsense and misinformation, but then I ran across the article I translated in March of 2022 by the investigative reporter Thomas A. Hein on Chem Trails. It seems that perhaps once again, we are not being told the truth. So many have suffered – and still suffer – from the aftermath of those terrible storms. I pray everyone there will find peace, comfort and recovery during the coming months.

As a little further housekeeping, we have recently updated and repaired many of the links on the P2P website. It seems they were not repaired when the site was re-secured a few years ago. With apologies for the inconvenience, and should you run across any other challenges let me know so I can get them fixed. Although the P2P site will remain active for quite some time after the new OIRF site goes live, the new site should be much easier to navigate.

Agree with him or not, I still feel that the inauguration of President Trump will usher in a period not just of transition, but of hope. The nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. into a position of power within the US healthcare system foreshadows changes that can only benefit everyone. With my rosy colored glassed in place, I couldn’t resist adding just a few informational links for this issue.

House Cleaning: Findings in the COVID Report
“The 118th Congress will not be known for the legislation it passed. It will be known for the record it made and the corruption it revealed. Under the Biden Administration, the Congress did not make many new laws in the deeply divided and highly charged political climate. The gridlock gave us something even more important. The House held many hearings, which built a robust and solid record of what the federal government did to the American people during the declared COVID pandemic.

Okay – enough. For a Christmas message I go back to my post from December 2018. Not a traditional greeting, but nonetheless it is a great part of our heritage and tradition – regardless of your personal faith belief. Please follow this link to “A Rose in the Wintertime . . .” May each and every one of you enjoy a time of faith, family and hope for now and into the New Year. With all best wishes, Merry Christmas . . .
