About Praxis2Practice

A lifetime of research, education and practical application
in Biological and Energy Medicine

About Praxis2Practice

We appreciate your visit. This website was created to continue the ongoing research, education, and international collaboration in Biological and Energy Medicine following the closure of Occidental Institute in 2018. We hope these publications will guide, inspire, and support you in your daily application of these innovative methods.

Praxis2Practice first came into being in 2008, as a sister organization for OIRF to handle all of the  various applications for device certifications with the US F&DA and Health Canada. Although successful with a few smaller certifications, the always varying international/global restrictions for medical and wellness devices made it impossible to continue seeking such North American approvals. This divergence from regulatory acceptance led us to assisting practitioners with importation of the larger therapy devices through alternative measures.

Following the closure of the Occidental Institute in 2018, Praxis2Practice continues its role as a platform for research, education, and international exchange. After more than 46 years with OIRF in senior leadership roles, Carolyn Winsor shifted her focus to writing, translation, lecturing, and selective consulting. On these pages you will find Carolyn’s suggested upcoming event schedule, her most recent writings and a contact form should you wish to reach out to her.

Dedicated to all who seek this knowledge . . .
