What’s New for February 2026?

16 February 2026

My dear friends, colleagues and supporters,

“In the bleak midwinter”, as one of our Christian hymns begins, we often turn to gray thoughts during the gray days of February. Over the past 4 to 5 years, I’ve struggled to keep up with all the advancing technology. Learning about websites with categories and tags and uploading vs downloading along with correct ways to format for digital presentation instead of on printed paper. During this time of “supposed to be retired” (in my ‘70s) I’ve felt compelled to preserve and protect for posterity the amazing legacy of information and research in biological and energy medicine that was developed by Occidental Institute during it’s 46 year history. “Completion” of the OIRF website last year has been a joy of accomplishment, along with an almost overwhelming sense of relief. Whew! I did it.
Now, as I’m too rapidly heading into my ‘80s, I’m working at upgrading and improving accessibility on the Praxis2Practice website as well. This is a much smaller project than OIRF and buoyed by my enthusiastic success with that one, the P2P site is rapidly nearing it’s update goals. Already this month you will begin to see some of the new formatting and presentation. Within the next few weeks (or maybe months) the updated graphics, searchability and presentation will also become a reality. Stay tuned for updates!

Interestingly, as I wandered through these changes and updates in my ongoing efforts to preserve the integrity and historical relevance of those traditional and innovative methods, it seems others were considering similar thoughts and questions. In one recent issue of the IMCJ Integrative Medicine: A Clinician’s Journal I ran across not just one – but two – articles by well respected practitioner/authors in our field. It seems I’m not the only one considering how current amazing digital technology advancements are going to affect the future of natural medicine modalities.

  • New: New Industrial Sector Solar Radiation Management, Big business Invests in Geoengineering. New information on the commercialization of Chem Trails. Read the short article on P2P here, or on OIRF here.
  • New: South Korean Mega Study, Connection between Covid vaccination and six types of cancer. Brief review with link to study in English. Read the short article on P2P here, or on OIRF here.
  • New: Post-Viral Fatigue, Back to Your Strength with Naturopathy, by Philipp Feichtinger, HP. It is only since the Corona pandemic that post-viral phenomena have clearly moved into public and scientific considerations. A significant phenomenon here is post-viral fatigue, which should by no means be trivialized. Even though science and medicine have not yet been able to fully uncover the exact causes and processes in the body, complementary approaches can offer promising assistance. The aim was to work on a wide variety of levels, within the article. Read the full article on P2P here, or on OIRF here.
  • New: The Phenomenon of Post-Viral Fatigue, A Sought After Field of Work In Naturopathic Practice, by Philipp Feichtinger, HP. Post-viral fatigue can cause a significant reduction in quality of life for those affected. Naturopathic approaches such as herbs, Schuessler salts and homeopathy can be combined with mental techniques such as hypnosis or lifestyle measures, towards new energy. Read the full article on P2P here, or on OIRF here.
  • New: accidental cure 3, AI vs Ancient Intelligence is applied to the domain of modern medicine. Acupuncture Intelligence is applied to the domain of the whole body. By Simon Yu, MD. This new book is already highly acclaimed and now available directly or through the usual book sources. Please follow this link on P2P here or on OIRF here to see a more detailed description. • Rethinking the Heart: Resonance Medicine As A Bridge Between Evidence And Experience, Part 1, Resonance as a Regulative Principle, by med Dierk Moyzes, M.A. How can we explain resonance phenomena, how do they work, and what promotes them? In which areas does resonance have an effect? This article explores these questions and develops a comprehensive and multidimensional resonance model using heart health as an example. Especially in medicine, where objectively verifiable knowledge (disease) intersects with the body’s subjective experience of crisis (being ill), resonance gains particular relevance as a regulatory principle. Read the full article on P2P here, or on OIRF here.
  • Integrative Mulitmodal Treatment Concepts For Polyneuropathy, From Three Specialized Institutions, by Dominik Irnich, Dr. Robert Schmidt and Dr. Andreas Michalsen. In relation to conventional pain therapy, the concepts presented by the three renowned institutions show new and comprehensive ways of treating and coping with polyneuropathy, which is often very restrictive and painfully experienced. These facilities place the person at the center of therapy – not just the affected extremity(s) – and motivate and enable them to their highest possible self-control. There is no one right way to deal with this common disease with sometimes severe pain. The person is too individual for that, and the diagnosis, the cause of the disease, the clinical picture and the pain processing of polyneuropathy are far too diverse. Read the full article on P2P here, or on OIRF here.

Reminder:

I’ve had conversations with several docs just now starting to learn basic point and medication testing. There are few courses available, and Dr. Yu’s next sessions are listed below. So, my basic and general advice to start is contact Mr. Gordon Johnston at Matrixx Solutions and obtain one of the small, relatively inexpensive Kindling test devices (follow this link for more details). Then the next step is to learn the points and practice, practice, practice. Here are basic study materials:

EAV Mini-Manual please follow this link
Point and Medication Testing Report please follow this link
With these two reports you have detailed diagrams and descriptions of which points to test along with the compiled information on how to test those points. Both reports are available in PDF format. They can be viewed free of charge and downloaded for a small donation.
There are also video recordings (recorded with Dr. Sturm many years ago, but still valid for learning the basics). To view without charge, see “Video Recordings” on the OIRF website.

Product Info

Personal from Carolyn: I repeat the following product information for the 476th time! Besides the small onetime sales of courses and printed materials, these small wellness devices represent the sole income that supports my ongoing research, translation and publication efforts. I personally recommend all these items. I also have made special arrangements with the manufacturer to act as the liaison for your purchases. To date there have been no import problems into USA or Canada. Your orders and support are greatly appreciated.

Have you followed the links yet? Have you experienced the effectiveness of these amazing little devices? I personally sleep with my NeuroSync every night. The BOS 318 is settled on the cabinet in my small home office and used especially on days like today when I am writing and working creatively. I set my tea or water on top of the UBS 315 sitting (safely far away from my PC) on a corner of my desk. In the future should I decide to fully retire and/or move into a senior’s residence, these devices would come with me. I cannot stress how useful they are for us – AND – they are inexpensive enough you can even sell or recommend them to your patients. Enough said (again) . . .

  • Neuro-Sync alpha 7 ”E” (NSA 07): Electrical field stimulator of frequencies which the brain generates under especially ideal biological conditions. Update Feb. 2020: This device (at slightly increased cost) now includes frequencies mimicking normal unpolluted emf fields and thus protection from 5G. Consider this a personal item to be worn or carried. [Note: I personally use this device nightly to assist with sleep, and whenever I am driving in my hybrid vehicle. Also used during times when I am writing and translating. Many docs wear one while in practice as part shield and clarity boost, and recommend them to their patients. I personally highly recommend this device, and find it highly effective. CLW]
  • Ultra-Compact Laser Disc (ULD 117): Combines soft laser, photon, magnetic and scalar field therapies, along with water energization and remedy information transfer.
  • BioSpheres Optimization System (BOS 318): Bioactive protection against electrosmog and 5G. This item is designed for use in a small room or space with three available frequencies. The newer BOS 518 is designed for use in larger areas (whole house) and includes a full range of frequencies.

That’s all for this time, folks. Please follow the links and I know you will find much of interest and inspiration. It is with great pleasure that I am able to write to you and to share the many interesting developments in this field of energy and biological healing that I am constantly seeing in the German, European and English language journals, publications and conferences. Much more next time.

With all best wishes for our continued journey in energy medicine, be well and be healthy . . .

s/Carolyn
